We are searching for an experienced and customer-oriented waiter/waitress to join our team in Randers, Denmark. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and take accurate orders from guests
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Ensure tables are set up correctly and maintain cleanliness of the dining area
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
- Process payments accurately using POS system
- Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional service
- Adhere to all food safety regulations

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a waiter/waitress in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish proficiency is an asset)
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Hands-on experience with cash handling and POS systems
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
