Sales Manager - Randers, Denmark
As a Sales Manager at our company, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team in Randers, Denmark. Your main objective will be to drive revenue growth and increase market share through effective sales strategies and strong leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to ensure they meet or exceed their targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities or threats
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
