Mason Supervisor



We are a construction company based in Randers and we are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to join our team. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the masonry work on our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the work of masons on construction sites
- Plan and schedule masonry work according to project timelines
- Ensure that all materials and tools are available for the masons to complete their work
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
- Train new masons and provide guidance to improve their skills
- Maintain a safe working environment for all workers, following all safety regulations
- Communicate with project managers and other supervisors regarding progress, issues, and any changes in plans or schedules

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Mason Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Physical stamina to handle long hours of standing, bending, lifting, etc.
- Valid visa allowing you to work in Randers

Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional certification in masonry or construction management is preferred.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month for this full-time position.
