A bakery in Randers is seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for baking and be able to create delicious and visually appealing baked goods.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods
- Ensure all products are made according to company recipes and standards
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
- Train and supervise entry-level bakers

Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience as a professional Baker
- Ability to handle high volume production with speed and accuracy
- Knowledge of different baking techniques, including sourdough, laminated doughs, etc.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
- Excellent time-management skills
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Good physical stamina to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and work in a hot environment
- Valid work visa for Denmark (sponsorship available if needed)

Salary:
Starting salary of 1400$ per month with potential for increase based on performance.

Location: Randers, Denmark (willing to consider non-local candidates with valid work visa)
