We are seeking an experienced Handyman to join our team in Randers. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on residential and commercial properties. Your main duties will include fixing plumbing and electrical issues, repairing appliances, painting, and undertaking general maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess excellent problem-solving skills. This is a contract job with a salary of 1500$. Accommodation will not be provided, so candidates must have their own visa to work in Randers.

Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repair tasks on properties as needed
- Troubleshoot and fix plumbing and electrical issues
- Repair or replace appliances as necessary
- Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance needs
- Keep inventory of tools and equipment and ensure they are properly maintained
- Communicate with property managers or owners to discuss any necessary repairs or upgrades

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills
- Ability to use various hand tools and power tools safely
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills in English (Danish language skills preferred)
- Own visa to work in Randers
