Contract Administrator in Randers


A fast-paced construction company in Randers is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator. The ideal candidate will have experience in contract management and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all contracts for the company
- Review contracts to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely execution of contracts
- Monitor contract deadlines and handle any necessary extensions or renewals
- Prepare reports on contract status, including any changes or updates
- Communicate with clients and vendors regarding contract terms and conditions
- Work closely with the legal team to review and negotiate contract terms as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in contract management or administration
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel for report preparation

This is a contract position with a salary of $1700 per month. The successful candidate must have their own visa and accommodation arrangements.
