Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicle bodies and create repair plans

- Communicate with customers to provide updates on the progress of repairs
- Maintain detailed records of repairs performed and parts used
- Train and supervise junior body repair technicians as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Body Repair Master or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of body repair techniques for different types of vehicles
- Familiarity with various tools and equipment used in body repair
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical training in automotive body repair preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Certification in automotive body repair from a recognized institution preferred
