Part-Time Concierge in Randers

We are seeking a friendly and responsible individual to join our team as a part-time Concierge in Randers. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests and assisting them with any needs or requests they may have during their stay. This position is ideal for students who are looking for a flexible job that can fit around their studies.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon their arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about the local area, including restaurants, attractions, and transportation options
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants or other venues
- Handle guest requests such as booking tours or arranging transportation
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of common areas and facilities
- Respond to guest complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with luggage handling and storage when needed

Requirements:
- Must be able to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Must be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks at once
- Knowledge of local area attractions and services is an advantage

Salary: 1000$ per month (based on 20 hours per week)

Location: Randers, Denmark

Note: This position does not include accommodation. Applicants must already have a valid visa to work in Denmark or be eligible for a free visa. A one-way ticket to Randers will be provided for successful candidates.
