Hotel Sales Manager
Our hotel in Randers is seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and increase occupancy rates. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients and developing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Cultivate relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and tour operators
- Negotiate contracts and rates with clients to maximize profits
- Conduct regular sales visits and presentations to potential clients
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong networking abilities
- Familiarity with hotel revenue management systems
- Biometric passport (preferred)
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Salary:
