We are seeking a reliable and proactive Concierge to join our team in Randers. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all guests have a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, theaters, or other events
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly and efficiently
- Monitor guest feedback and resolve any issues or complaints
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby area
- Assist with luggage handling when necessary
- Ensure security of guest belongings and hotel property
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in English (additional languages is a plus)
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
