We are a growing technology company based in Odense, seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's technology infrastructure and ensuring its efficiency and security.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technology strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Manage all IT operations, including network administration, hardware and software maintenance, system upgrades and troubleshooting
- Oversee the development and maintenance of our company's website and other digital platforms
- Ensure data security by implementing appropriate measures and protocols
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and make recommendations for their integration into the company's systems
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and provide solutions to improve efficiency
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- In-depth knowledge of network administration, databases, operating systems, and security protocols
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with project management methodologies
- Familiarity with budgeting and strategic planning
