Job Title: IT Manager


The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the information technology department in our company. This includes maintaining and upgrading our systems, ensuring network security, managing the IT team, and developing and implementing new technologies to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement company-wide IT policies and procedures
- Oversee the maintenance and upgrading of all computer systems, software, and peripherals
- Ensure network security by regularly monitoring for potential vulnerabilities
- Manage the IT team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Identify areas for improvement in technology usage and implement new solutions to increase efficiency
- Collaborate with other department heads to understand their technology needs and provide solutions
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in an IT management role
- Knowledge of network security protocols and best practices
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to think critically and problem-solve in high-pressure situations
- Proven experience implementing new technologies to improve business processes

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1700 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Odense, Denmark. Accommodation will not be provided, so candidates should already have a residence in Odense or be willing to relocate at their own expense.
