IT Manager


We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our growing team in Odense. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall information technology needs of our company. This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support the company's goals
- Manage and maintain all hardware, software, and network systems
- Ensure data security and disaster recovery procedures are in place
- Oversee the installation, monitoring, maintenance, and upgrades of all IT systems
- Train employees on new technologies and ensure proper usage
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and make recommendations for improvements to current systems
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address technology needs
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to IT operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, security, and cloud computing technologies
- Experience managing budgets and negotiating contracts with vendors
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluency in English (Danish is a plus)
