IT Manager

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled IT Manager to join our team in Odense. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and processes. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, implementing and maintaining secure networks, troubleshooting technical issues, and staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of various IT systems and technologies. You must also possess excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with other departments and external vendors.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our company's information technology systems
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for efficient use of technology resources
- Ensure the security of our networks and data by implementing necessary measures
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions
- Stay updated with new technologies and make recommendations for their integration into our systems
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of services
- Monitor budget for IT expenses and make cost-effective decisions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- In-depth knowledge of various IT systems such as networks, servers, databases, etc.
- Experience with security protocols and measures to protect against cyber threats
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with other departments and external vendors
