As the IT Manager at our company, you will oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of all information technology systems and services. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation of our company's technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, network, and security systems. You will also be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals and collaborating with other departments to meet their technology needs.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for our company's technology infrastructure
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Ensure data security and compliance with industry regulations
- Manage budget for IT department and make recommendations for cost-effective solutions
- Lead a team of IT professionals and provide guidance on technical projects and tasks
- Collaborate with other departments to identify their technology needs and provide solutions
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of networking, security systems, databases, and operating systems
- Experience managing a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: 1600$ per month

This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. We are open to sponsoring a visa for the right candidate.
