IT Manager - Odense, Denmark


As the IT Manager in our dynamic and growing company, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our information technology systems and infrastructure. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our technology is up-to-date, efficient, and secure. This role requires a highly skilled individual with strong leadership abilities and a deep understanding of IT systems and processes.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies to support the company's overall goals and objectives
- Manage and maintain all hardware, software, networks, and other IT infrastructure
- Oversee the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of systems and applications
- Ensure data security by implementing appropriate measures such as firewalls, antivirus software, backups, etc.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Plan and oversee system upgrades or migrations
- Manage relationships with external vendors for support or procurement of IT equipment or services
- Train employees on proper use of technology systems and tools
- Stay updated on new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation when appropriate

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, security standards, and best practices
- Experience in managing complex projects from inception to completion
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $1600/month
