Junior Back-End Developer

As a Junior Back-End Developer, you will work closely with our team of experienced developers to design, develop, and maintain software solutions for our clients. Your main responsibilities will include writing clean and efficient code, debugging and troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements into web applications. You will also have the opportunity to learn new technologies and tools in a fast-paced environment.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of programming languages such as PHP or Java, as well as experience with database management and web development frameworks. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems is also preferred. While previous experience is not required for this position, a passion for coding and a willingness to learn are essential.

This is a contract position based in Odense, Denmark. As such, we are looking for candidates who are legally authorized to work in Denmark without the need for sponsorship. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the field of back-end development.

Responsibilities:
- Write clean, efficient code using programming languages such as PHP or Java

- Follow Agile methodologies and participate in daily stand-up meetings

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong understanding of programming languages such as PHP or Java
- Experience with database management (SQL) and web development frameworks (e.g. Laravel)
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g. Git)
- A passion for coding and willingness to learn new technologies
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Legally authorized to work in Denmark without the need for sponsorship

Salary:
The starting salary for this position is 900$ per month. Salary may be negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
