The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis and visualization, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate findings effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and organize large data sets from various sources
- Use statistical methods to analyze data and identify patterns and trends
- Create visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights that support decision-making
- Develop and maintain databases for storing and accessing data
- Identify areas for improvement in data collection processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Proficient in SQL, Excel, R or Python for data manipulation and analysis
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Experience working with large datasets is a plus
