Android Developer

We are seeking an experienced Android developer to join our dynamic team in Odense. As an Android developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for the Android platform. Your primary focus will be on the development of new features and improvements to existing applications. You should have a strong understanding of the full mobile development life cycle and be able to work independently as well as collaboratively with other team members.

Experience Required:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Android development
- Strong knowledge of Java and Kotlin programming languages
- Experience with Android SDK, RESTful APIs, and JSON
- Familiarity with Git version control system
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
- Knowledge of design patterns such as MVP or MVVM
- Ability to write clean, maintainable code and conduct code reviews

Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing advanced applications for the Android platform
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Continuously discovering, evaluating, and implementing new technologies to maximize development efficiency
- Troubleshooting issues and bugs reported by users or testers
- Optimizing application performance for better user experience
- Ensuring code quality through testing and continuous integration

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for mobile application development
