Junior Android App Developer


Our growing tech company in Odense is seeking a highly motivated and talented Junior Android App Developer to join our team. As a Junior Android App Developer, you will work closely with our experienced team to design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for the Android platform. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in the field to gain valuable hands-on experience and grow their skills as an Android developer.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features for our Android applications
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise during development process
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in mobile app development for the Android platform
- Work closely with designers and product managers to ensure high-quality user experience
- Continuously improve app performance through testing and optimization

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proficient in Java programming language
- Familiarity with Android SDK and Android Studio IDE
- Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience developing mobile applications for the Android platform (either personal or professional)
- Knowledge of third-party libraries such as Retrofit, OkHttp, or RxJava
- Understanding of agile development methodologies

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1300 per month.

Location:
The role is based in Odense, Denmark. We can offer accommodation assistance for candidates who are not currently located in Odense.
