We are seeking a skilled and experienced Teamlead to join our dynamic team in Odense. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals to ensure successful project delivery. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of professionals to achieve project goals and objectives
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to improve efficiency and quality of work
- Facilitate communication between team members and other departments to ensure smooth project execution
- Identify risks and issues that may impact project delivery and proactively develop solutions to mitigate them
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and provide ongoing support for professional development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or relevant field
- Proven experience as a Teamlead or similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make decisions under pressure
