Data Mining Specialist - Contract Position (Odense, Denmark)


We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated Data Mining Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Odense, Denmark. As a Data Mining Specialist, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing large sets of data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can inform business decisions. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize data mining techniques to extract insights from large datasets
- Identify patterns and trends in data to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
- Develop and maintain databases for efficient storage and retrieval of data
- Create visual representations of data using charts, graphs, and other tools
- Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in data mining techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
- Proven experience in data mining or analytics role
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Salary: 1100$ per week (based on qualifications and experience)
Location: Odense, Denmark (candidates must have own visa/work permit)
