Responsibilities:
- Monitor database performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Develop and implement database backup and recovery plans
- Ensure data integrity by performing regular audits and updates
- Collaborate with other teams to identify data needs and provide solutions
- Optimize database structures for improved performance and scalability
- Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for database improvements

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Database Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of database management systems, including SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL
