Job Title: Typesetter - Odense, Denmark


We are currently seeking a skilled Typesetter to join our team in Odense, Denmark. As a Typesetter, you will be responsible for formatting and arranging text and images to create visually appealing and reader-friendly publications. This is a contract job with a salary of 1200$ per month and includes accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Format and arrange text and images according to specific design guidelines
- Ensure correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation in all publications
- Collaborate with editors, designers, and other team members to produce high-quality publications
- Use typesetting software such as Adobe InDesign or QuarkXPress to layout pages
- Make necessary edits and revisions based on feedback from clients or team members

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Typesetter or in a similar role
- Proficient in typesetting software such as Adobe InDesign or QuarkXPress
- Excellent attention to detail and strong proofreading skills
- Knowledge of typography, layout design, and color theory
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with others effectively

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Experience working with different publication types (books, magazines, newspapers)
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for digital publishing
