We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Odense. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and assistance to clients through online channels such as email, chat, and video conference. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through various online channels to understand their needs and provide timely, accurate, and helpful advice.
- Build strong relationships with clients by actively listening and understanding their concerns.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in order to provide relevant and valuable insights to clients.
- Collaborate with team members to develop creative solutions for client challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up actions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Online Consultant or similar role.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Proficient in using online communication tools such as email, chat, and video conference.
- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships.

Salary: 1100$ per month
