Online Consultant for Women's Empowerment Platform in Odense

Our growing online platform for women's empowerment is seeking an experienced and passionate Online Consultant to join our team in Odense. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing guidance, support and advice to women from all walks of life through our online platform. This is a full-time role with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Provide online consultations to women seeking guidance and support on various topics such as career development, relationships, personal growth, etc.
- Respond promptly and effectively to incoming inquiries from women on the platform
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing support when needed
- Collaborate with our team to develop new resources and content for the platform
- Stay up-to-date on relevant topics and trends related to women's empowerment

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling or a related field
- Proven experience in counseling or coaching, preferably with an emphasis on women's issues
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English (Danish language skills are a plus)
- Strong empathy and understanding of diverse backgrounds and experiences
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload of clients
