As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing virtual customer support and assistance to clients. Your main duties will include answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product or service recommendations through various communication channels such as email, chat, and social media. You will need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred. Key Responsibilities:
