Online Consultant

As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing professional and efficient online support to our clients. You will use your excellent communication skills and in-depth knowledge of our products and services to assist customers with their inquiries and issues. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced online environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through various online channels, such as chat, email, and social media
- Provide accurate information about our products and services to clients
- Assist clients with troubleshooting any technical issues they may encounter
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and optimize the client experience
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide the most relevant support to clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an online environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in using various online tools and platforms for communication (e.g. chat software, email)
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

Salary: $1200 per month
Location: Odense, Denmark
