Job Title: Online Consultant


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Odense. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to clients through various online channels. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$.

As an Online Consultant, you will be expected to have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. You must also have a strong understanding of the products or services offered by the company in order to effectively guide clients in their decision-making process. Previous experience in customer service or consulting is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and support to clients through online channels such as chat, email, and phone
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Understand the company's products or services in order to effectively guide clients
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market changes

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or consulting
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Proficient in using online communication channels (chat, email, phone)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Knowledge of the company's products or services is preferred but not required
