Online Consultant (Visa Sponsorship Available)



The Online Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to clients through online channels. They will use their knowledge and expertise to assist clients in making informed decisions regarding products or services. This role requires excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to client inquiries through online channels such as chat, email, or social media
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Provide accurate and detailed information about products or services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Refer unresolved issues to the appropriate team member for further assistance
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures
- Meet or exceed performance goals set by the company

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with a positive attitude
- Knowledge of online communication tools and social media platforms
- Fluent in English (additional language proficiency is a plus)
