Our growing online consulting firm is seeking a talented and experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Odense, Denmark. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various online platforms such as chat, email, and phone.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through various online channels to provide solutions and assistance for their inquiries and concerns.
- Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized support.
- Utilize knowledge of company products and services to effectively address client inquiries.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
- Meet performance goals for customer satisfaction, response times, and quality assurance.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or consulting role.
- Excellent communication skills in English. Fluency in Danish is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with various online communication platforms.
- Experience working with international clients is preferred.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this full-time position. In addition, we provide free visa sponsorship and travel ticket for all nationalities.
