We are seeking a dynamic and engaged Moderator to join our online community in Odense, Denmark. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and engaging with the community through various online platforms, ensuring a positive and productive environment for all members.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and moderate user-generated content on various online platforms
- Engage with community members and respond to inquiries, feedback, and concerns
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment within the community
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for increasing engagement and growth within the community
- Identify and escalate any issues or concerns that may arise within the community
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online community management

Requirements:

- Previous experience as an online moderator or in a similar role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively engage with diverse individuals within a virtual setting
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and empathy
- Familiarity with various social media platforms and online communities
- Proven track record of successfully growing an online community
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
