Facade Designer
As a Facade Designer in our company, you will be responsible for creating and designing innovative and functional facades for various construction projects in Odense. Your main goal will be to provide our clients with unique and visually appealing facades that meet their specific requirements while adhering to safety and building codes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand the project requirements and create design proposals for facades
- Utilize CAD software to develop detailed drawings and 3D models of facades
- Conduct site visits to assess the feasibility of facade designs and make necessary adjustments
- Research new materials, technologies, and methods to improve facade design efficiency and sustainability
- Create cost estimates for facade materials and assist with procurement processes
- Communicate with clients to present design concepts, explain technical details, and address any concerns or revisions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in facade design or a similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and other relevant design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and construction processes related to facades
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Creative thinking skills with a keen eye for detail
We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month along with opportunities for career growth. We also provide support for obtaining work visas if needed.
