Tiler

A tiler is responsible for installing and repairing tiles in various settings such as homes, commercial buildings, and public spaces. They must have a strong understanding of different types of tiles and the techniques required to properly install them. The ideal candidate should also have experience with using tools and equipment necessary for the job, as well as knowledge of safety precautions when working with tile materials. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently are also important qualities for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut tiles to fit designated areas
- Prepare surfaces by removing old tiles, cleaning, and leveling
- Mix and apply adhesives or mortar to secure tiles in place
- Align tiles correctly, ensuring they are level and evenly spaced
- Cut and shape tiles around obstacles such as pipes or fixtures
- Apply grout between tiles to fill gaps and seal surfaces
- Use tools such as tile cutters, saws, levels, and trowels effectively
- Repair or replace damaged or broken tiles
- Follow safety protocols when handling materials and operating equipment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a tiler or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of tile materials and their properties
- Understanding of tiling techniques and best practices
- Ability to read blueprints or design plans for accurate installation
- Proficient with using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment required for the job
- Physical stamina to work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision

Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
