Job Title: Formworker (Odense, Denmark)


We are a construction company based in Odense, Denmark and we are seeking an experienced and skilled Formworker to join our team. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for creating temporary or permanent molds that will hold concrete in place during the construction process. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials
- Cut, shape, and fit materials to form molds for concrete structures
- Assemble and install formwork systems according to specifications
- Pour, spread, and smooth concrete into molds
- Strip forms after concrete has set
- Repair or replace damaged formwork
- Operate power tools such as saws, drills, and grinders

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Formworker or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in all weather conditions
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
