Responsibilities:
- Assist senior engineers in surveying, designing, and planning construction projects
- Prepare project proposals and cost estimates
- Utilize software programs to create detailed construction plans and drawings
- Monitor progress of projects and ensure they are completed on time and within budget
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits to collect data, monitor progress, and address any issues that arise
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance in all projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
- Good understanding of construction principles, codes, and regulations
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software programs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
