Architectural Technologist - Part Time


We are searching for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Technologist to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction processes. They will also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop detailed drawings and plans for construction projects
- Utilize CAD software to create technical drawings and 3D models
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess existing conditions
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance in designs
- Assist with project coordination and management, including communicating with clients, contractors, and suppliers
- Review shop drawings and submittals for accuracy

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or related field
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software programs
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction materials, and techniques
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Location: Odense, Denmark (preference for local candidates)

Salary: $1100 per month (based on 20 hours per week)
