Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design concepts for various projects
- Use CAD software to create detailed drawings and 3D models of buildings and structures
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for design development
- Prepare technical reports, specifications, and cost estimates for construction projects
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and health and safety standards
- Review project plans for accuracy, feasibility, and cost-effectiveness
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Salary:
