We are in search of a highly skilled and dedicated Preservation Architect to join our team in Odense. As a part-time member of our team, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures. Your main duties will include conducting site assessments, developing preservation plans, and overseeing restoration projects.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in preservation architecture
- Knowledge of historic preservation principles and techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to conduct thorough site assessments
- Excellent project management skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and team members

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site assessments to determine the condition of historical buildings and structures
- Develop preservation plans that consider the historical significance, structural integrity, and budget constraints of each project
- Oversee restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring all work is done according to preservation standards and regulations
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, and other team members throughout the duration of each project
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for restoration work
- Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to each project
- Stay updated on current trends and techniques in preservation architecture
