Contract Preservation Architect


Contract Preservation Architect needed for a historic preservation project in Odense. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced and passionate architect to work on the restoration and conservation of historic buildings in the city.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting site visits and surveys to assess the condition of historic buildings
- Developing detailed plans and drawings for restoration and conservation work
- Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure compliance with conservation guidelines
- Researching historical architecture and materials to inform restoration decisions
- Preparing reports and documentation for project progress and compliance with regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, with a focus on historic preservation preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience working on historic preservation projects
- Knowledge of local and national preservation regulations
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other architectural software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a team

This is a contract position for 6 months, with possibility of extension. The salary for this role is $1100 per month. We welcome applications from students or recent graduates looking to gain practical experience in the field of historic preservation.
