As a Junior Commercial Architect, you will work closely with senior architects to assist in the design and development of various commercial projects. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and expand your knowledge of the industry while working on exciting projects.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects to create detailed plans and drawings for commercial projects
- Conduct research and gather information on building materials, codes, and regulations
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to discuss project requirements
- Assist in creating 3D models and renderings using architectural software
- Continuously develop your skills and knowledge by staying up-to-date on industry trends and advancements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (recent graduates welcome)
- Strong understanding of design principles, building materials, codes, and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure

We offer competitive compensation of 1000$ per month for this contract position. As this is a contract role, there is no experience required. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior architect looking to gain experience in the commercial sector.
