We are in search of a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Odense. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as offices, retail spaces, and restaurants. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop design plans that meet their requirements while adhering to budget and building codes. You must have at least 5 years of experience in commercial architecture, with a strong portfolio showcasing your previous projects. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month. Accommodation will not be provided.

To excel in this role, you must have a thorough understanding of architectural design principles and techniques, as well as knowledge of building materials and construction systems. You should also have strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and other team members. Attention to detail is crucial in this role as you will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their needs and vision for the project
- Develop design plans that meet client requirements while adhering to budget limitations
- Create detailed drawings and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with contractors and engineers to ensure designs are feasible and comply with building codes
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is completed according to the design plans
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous commercial projects
- Proficiency in CAD software and other architectural design tools
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
