Commercial Architect

A reputable architecture firm in Odense is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, including offices, retail spaces, and restaurants. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative design solutions that meet their requirements and budget.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements, objectives, and budget
- Create architectural designs and plans for commercial buildings
- Oversee construction process to ensure designs are executed accurately
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies in commercial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Must be able to relocate to Odense if not already located there

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Experience working on international projects or projects outside of Denmark

Salary: $1000 per month
