We are a leading architectural firm in Odense, Denmark seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as office spaces, shopping centers, and hotels. Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial building codes and regulations, as well as experience working with various design software programs.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design proposals for commercial buildings
- Create detailed drawings and models using computer-assisted design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to ensure that construction is in line with design plans and specifications
- Work closely with contractors and engineers to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in materials and construction techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an Architect, preferably with a focus on commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and regulations
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and team members
- Biometric passport is required for international travel
