We are seeking a talented and driven Commercial Architect to join our dynamic team in Odense. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and industrial facilities. Your main goal will be to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their requirements and develop design concepts
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for commercial buildings
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to stay within budget and meet deadlines
- Conduct site visits to assess progress, identify any issues, and provide solutions
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, building codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

This is a contract position with a salary of $1500 per month. Accommodation will not be provided.
