We are in search of a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Odense, Denmark. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and hotels.

Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts and plans for commercial building projects
- Prepare detailed drawings, models, and renderings using computer-aided design software
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Create budgets and timelines for projects
- Oversee construction progress and provide guidance to contractors
- Ensure that all building codes and regulations are followed
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control during construction phase
- Work closely with other professionals such as engineers and contractors to ensure project success

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial architecture
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
