Part-Time Architecture Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part-Time Architecture Manager to lead our team in Odense. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and stay within budget and timeline constraints. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure successful project completion.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions
- Collaborate with contractors to ensure construction adheres to design plans
- Oversee team members including architects, engineers, and drafters
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to stay within budget and timeline constraints

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture management
- Strong knowledge of design principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Excellent leadership skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural software
- Biometric passport for travel purposes
