Architectural Project Manager

We are hiring an Architectural Project Manager to oversee and manage architectural projects in Odense, Denmark. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and project management, with a passion for design and attention to detail. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$, including accommodation, free visa, and ticket. This position is open to all genders.

Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple architectural projects from conception to completion
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure project goals are met
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to design plans
- Review and approve architectural drawings, materials, and finishes
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in architecture or project management
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Architecture or Project Management
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects
- Familiarity with Danish building codes and regulations
