We are hiring an Architecture Manager to join our team in Odense, Denmark. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architecture projects from conception to completion. This includes managing a team of architects and collaborating with engineers, contractors, and clients.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead the design process and ensure all projects meet quality standards and deadlines
- Develop project plans and budgets in collaboration with project stakeholders
- Manage and mentor a team of architects, providing guidance and support throughout projects
- Oversee project progress and address any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure successful project execution
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to incorporate into project designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture or a related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software programs
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
