We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Odense, Denmark. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our architecture projects, from design to construction. Your main goal will be to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of architects and designers, assigning tasks and ensuring efficient workflow
- Develop project plans and schedules, monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions
- Conduct site visits to oversee construction progress and ensure compliance with design plans
- Review project budgets and negotiate contracts with contractors and suppliers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably within the residential or commercial sector
- Extensive knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes and regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with clients, contractors, and colleagues
- Proficient in using architecture software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.
- Fluency in English (Danish language proficiency is a plus)
- Willingness to relocate to Odense, Denmark (accommodation provided)
